Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can also track your order on our Track Order page.

To ensure fast delivery, we begin processing orders immediately. Please contact our concierge within 1 hour of placing your order for any modification requests.

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, and Apple Pay.

All orders are fulfilled from our studios in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.

Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt, in their original condition and packaging.

At this time, international return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Domestic returns are complimentary.

Each piece comes with a care label. Generally, we recommend delicate dry cleaning for our silks and hand-washing for our knits.

Currently, we focus on our seasonal collections. However, we offer minor alterations for our loyal clientele at our flagship studio.
