BEFAS pieces are designed for long-term use. If something is not right, we support a clear and convenient return process.
Return Policy
Items must be sent back within 14 days of delivery in original condition with packaging, tags, and included accessories. Used, washed, or altered items cannot be accepted.
How to Start a Return
Submit a Request
Contact BEFAS or use the to submit an exchange or refund request.
Prepare the Parcel
Place the item in its original box, keep all tags attached, and include the return details provided by BEFAS.
Request Processing
Once the parcel is received, BEFAS will process the request within 5 business days. Eligible refunds are returned to the original payment method.
Product Exchanges
Exchanges depend on inventory availability. Please include the desired size or color when submitting your request.
