Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact, payment, and delivery information when placing an order. Product prices, applicable fees, payment methods, delivery fees, return conditions, and order totals are displayed during checkout before confirmation.

BEFAS verifies order information, assigns the responsible support team, responds within the published service timeline, and prioritizes negotiation with the customer. If the parties cannot reach agreement, the matter may be referred to a competent consumer protection or dispute resolution authority under Vietnamese law.
